Muriwai Arts is dedicated to raising the profile of this beautiful and unique west coast region, specifically in terms of the abundance of artistic talent that is found here.
Our Vision - to 'celebrate our creative community’.
Our Approach - to provide a series of ongoing activities, events, and forums designed to connect the local community, and the wider population, with the artists of Muriwai.
Our Long Term Goal - to establish a community facility at Muriwai. This space could be used for art exhibitions, art studios, an artist’s retreat, a place where art classes and lectures can be held, or as a venue for school holiday programmes.
