I have lived at Muriwai for more than twenty-five years, being drawn to its wilderness areas and spiritual vibrations. Over the years I’ve experimented with making objects in various media; using silver (lost wax method), as well as carving bone, shell and stone. My present explorations are in clay – hand-built forms using coiling and beating techniques – using oxides on some pieces.
